Last week, Year 6 visited Safety Works to learn all about being safe out and about. The children enjoyed workshops from a range of services including the Fire Brigade, Police Force and St. John’s Ambulance where the children learnt how to put someone in the recovery position.

The children had a great morning and learnt a lot about staying safe.

“It was good to hear the facts from real life police officers and fire fighters!” Eva D

“The experience really hit home as it was like a real life scenario!” Leni

“The fire workshop was great. I learnt how to call 999 in an emergency-I’d love to go back!” Daisy
